Mens Work

Many men are taught early on to prioritize strength, independence, and control, while minimizing vulnerability, emotional expression, or the need for support. Over time, this can show up as difficulty identifying or expressing emotions, disconnection from relationships, stress carried in the body, anger or irritability, perfectionism, workaholism, or a sense of isolation even when life appears outwardly successful.

In therapy, I offer a space specifically supportive of men who want to better understand themselves and their inner world without judgment or pressure to perform. This work often involves slowing down and reconnecting with emotional experience, exploring the impact of past relationships and expectations of masculinity, and developing more flexibility in how you relate to yourself and others.

The goal is not to change who you are, but to expand your capacity for connection, clarity, and a more authentic sense of self.
